The stunning place of York Museum Gardens, in the heart of York, gives an incredible energy and surroundings for photography. Filled with peaceful, romantic places and historical richness. From the exceptionally inspiring ruins of St. Marys Abbey (1088) to the Yorkshire Museum with its incredible collection and York Observatory. In many ways you feel closer to the past, present and future by just being there. This inspiring place is perfect for inspiring love, which connects Khatereh and Mohamed. We picked the gardens for their photo sessions.
Unfortunately, the weather was not too cooperative with the sunshine, but this didn’t have any impact on us. Khatereh and Mohamed were waiting for me in front of the entrance and soon we realised that we moved to York almost at the same time. Mohamed is a student at the University and Khatereh is an artist, working on her breathtaking projects( IG @persianartmis_artworks).
Two inspiring people with fantastic charisma. During our visit, the gardens were not very crowded, which gave our photo session extra intimacy. It was indeed a lot of fun, exploring the places, and writing the love story of a brilliant couple through the camera lenses. We finished just in time, when the park guard’s ring was announcing the closure or the park visits for that day.
